Departure of the tour from Monopoli, the first stop of our tour that we will realize on a comfortable power boat “gozzo”, typical Sorrento boat. We will sail to the astonishing caves of Polignano a Mare, leaving behind us this ancient seaside village surrounded by walls, that we will find again once we get back, at the end of the excursion.

During the tour, you will have the opportunity to have a stop for swimming in the blue and crystalline waters of Polignano a Mare and to toast with a bottle of Prosecco combined with crunchy taralli, focaccia and olives, well-known products of the Apulian gastronomic tradition.
