Departure of the tour from Monopoli, the first stop of our excursion, which will take place aboard a comfortable and brand-new motorboat. We will sail toward the stunning caves of Polignano a Mare, leaving behind this ancient seaside village surrounded by walls, which we will encounter again upon our return from the excursion.

During the tour, you will have the opportunity to swim in the deep blue, crystal-clear waters of Polignano a Mare and toast with a chilled bottle of Prosecco, accompanied by taralli, traditional focaccia barese, and fresh fruit — well-known specialties of Apulian cuisine.
